Self-Help Tools: 
1-on-1 Classes

My individualized, 1-on-1 classes (online or in person) teach you how to apply a particular self-help tool. During the class, we’ll work with your own personal material, so you’ll be decluttering your mind as you learn. 

Each tool is highly effective in its own right for navigating life’s ups and downs and cultivating more inner peace. Used in combination, these four self-empowering tools form a comprehensive toolkit for dealing with life’s challenges, enabling you to use them as fuel for your own growth and healing.

Class #1 - Meditation

Studies show that meditation reduces anxiety, stress and depression and cultivates a greater sense of calm, happiness and overall well-being.

Meditation allows you to disengage from your busy mind, and find the peaceful place at your center. Regular meditation strengthens this mental muscle, making it increasingly easier for you to find your inner oasis of peace.

Class # 2 - Transformational Journaling

Regular journaling nurtures and deepens your most important relationship – the one you have with yourself.

Journaling is a powerful tool for decluttering your mind and strengthening your authentic voice. Comparable to sweeping the floor of your home, it clears away all the surface debris, leaving you feeling calmer and clearer.

Class # 3 - EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping

EFT is an energy medicine tool that uses gentle tapping with the fingertips on a sequence of acupuncture points on the face and torso. It facilitates the easy release of unresolved emotions and unwanted thought patterns.

Tapping combines the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine with modern psychology. During Tapping, your mind rapidly processes and reframes what you’re focused on. Stimulation of the points restores energy flow along the meridians (energy pathways), unblocking and rebalancing your energy system, leaving you in a more calm, expanded state.

Class # 4 - The Work of Byron Katie
